Chinese courgettes with dried shrimp

This is Taiwanese style dish; vegetable fry with dried shrimps.  Dried shrimps makes add deep flavor to plain vegetables.

「中国ズッキーニの乾燥エビ炒め」これは台湾風の家庭料理で野菜のニンニクと乾燥小エビの炒めもの。小エビはよく出汁が出る。
