Chateau Chapeau Cornu

We had a matter to go to near Lyon so we stayed a night in "Chateau Chapeau Cornu" in Vignieu.  This is a hotel where my mother in law found on the internet, and her choice was absolutely right.  The chateau was beautiful and located in but the restaurant was also wonderful.  

The cuisine was very delicate, detailed, creative and extremely tasty.  I really love the combination of the plates and the style and the choice of the chef; the way exactly I admire.  It was delicate and creative but not too modern.  Ingredients were also fresh and the price was very reasonable.

I was not expected to encounter such quality of food in the countryside of Lyon.  It was absolutely stunning.

「シャトー・シャポーコルニュ」リオン郊外に行く事情があり、その辺りのシャトーに宿泊することになっていた。義母がインターネットで見つけたということだったが、ここが大正解だった。

そのレストランの料理のクオリティーの高さに驚いた。丁寧、クリエイティブ、大胆でありながら繊細、値段、量と大満足だった。アミューズから一品ずつレベルが高い。前菜がもう１皿、ノワゼットのムースなどのおしゃれな皿があったが、写真を撮り忘れた。

手が込んでいるが、モダン過ぎないところも私の好みに合い、ドンピシャのお料理だった。田舎でこんな料理に出会えるとは思っていなかった。リオンはフランスの中でもガストロノミーのレベルが高い地域なのでそれも関係しているかもしれない。フランスの底力を見た。
