Gessen - Osaka
This is a Chinese restaurant where I went with the school teacher and the students. The chef of the restaurant is a young guy who is graduated from Tsuji cooking school. I liked its unique combination of the foods and the presentation of the plates very much. Yet the taste is not exactly the best. I tasted seasoning of usage of MSG and the overall taste was a bit too salty.
「中国菜・月泉」辻調の先生と生徒さんで行ったレストラン。こちらもシェフは辻調出身の若い方で最近人気上昇中のお店だそうだ。雰囲気作り、プレゼンテーション、器選びのセンスが光っていた。お料理はシェフ独特の食材の組み合わせが新しい中華フュージョンだ。ただお料理の味付けが若者好きな感じで、化調味がして濃い。料理は年齢が如実に出るものだと思った。
