This is still "Beef cooked with fond de veau" of the other day. I changed the taste of the sauce with adding tomato sauce and red wine. Then it becomes similar taste of "Demi glace sauce"
「ビーフシチュー」先日作った牛肉のフォンドボー煮込みは次の日ソースの味を変えた。トマトソースと赤ワインを入れて煮返すとデミグラスソースの味になる。
