Crab and cucumber Sunomono

Sunomono is vinegar marinated dish that we usually serve between first main dish.  I really like this dish but it's not good to make it in advance because the color of cucumber fades with vinegar.  I prepared it separately marinade and the crab and cumber then I've forgotten to serve it on dinner..

「蟹ときゅうりの酢の物」お酢の物ははじめのメインと次のメインの間に挟もうと思っていたのに出すのを忘れてしまった。きゅうりの色が悪くなるので、長く酢に浸けておくのは良くないと思い、三杯酢と具を分けて準備していたらすっかり忘れていた。。
