Feuillete aux chevre et tomates

How wonderful it is the combination of thin puff pastry with goat cheese and tomato.  It looks like a pizza at glance but not at all because of the crust.  I don't find ready made french puff pastry dough here but only sometimes.  

Toppings are slices of plum tomato, roasted red pepper, ham and french goat cheese.

「ヤギのチーズとトマトのパイ」フランスの薄いパイ生地はシンガポールには時々しか売ってなくて困る。これはパイ生地にプラムトマト、シェーブル、ハムを置いて焼いたもの。見た目はピザっぽいが、味は全く違う。シェーブルとパイのバターのが合わさった風味がとてもフレンチだ。
