Kamo soba


I made this dish after the left over of the dinner the other night.  I really love the combination of duck and soba.  It was even better because the duck was French magret canard.

「鴨そば」先日のディナーの残りもので作ったそば。鴨のソースは関東風にきりりとした甘辛にしていたので、そばとの相性がとても良かった。
