Roquefort carbonara

Roquefort cheese is my favorite cheese for all kind.  Roquefort is blue cheese made with sheep milk.  I carbonara with Roquefort this time.  It was much better than using parmesan cheese for me.

「ロックフォールのカルボナーラ」何百種類もあるフランスチーズの中で、ロックフォールチーズは私の一番のお気に入り。ロックフォールとはブルーチーズ種で羊のミルクで作られたもの。個人的な意見だが、イタリアのゴルゴンゾーラより格段に美味しい。今回は贅沢にロックフォールにパスタをあえてみた。とても美味しくできた。
