French people hardly eat chicken wings because you might need to use hand to eat but asian people like this parts because they're so tasty. I stew them in Japanese sake, soya sauce and dashi.
「手羽先の甘辛煮」中国醤油を使った甘辛煮。手羽先を酒で柔らかく煮込んだ後、コクのある老抽とブラウンシュガーを絡めて仕上げる。色は日本の醤油に比べて濃いが、味は濃くない。焼酎に合うおかず。
