Gobou to broccoli no Kinpira


Kinpira Gobou is one of the most popular Japanese small dish.  We usually make this Gobou with carrots but I happened to have stems of broccoli so I used them.

「ごぼうとブロッコリーの茎のきんぴら」ブロッコリーの茎がもったいないので、きんぴらにした。なかなか美味しかった。
