Bo Gyoza

I usually shape Gyoza dumpling as shape of a crescent moon but I made different way this time much more simple way, just to fold it in three way and cut the both edge.  Bo means bar in Japanese.  The stuffing is same; minced pork, minced Chinese chives, garlic, ginger and spring onion, seasoned with salt, oyster sauce, Chinese wine, pepper.
