Seafood rice
This is a rice dish that I made after "Soup de poisson" of the other day. It's very much similar to Spanish paella.
「パエリア」先日の魚のスープの残りはパエリアにした。追いエビをして焼いたのでさらに旨味がまして美味しかった。濃度のあるスープではご飯がうまく炊けないので米を給水させておいくことが大事。
