Mellon pain is one of the popular sweet buns in Japanese bakery. I really like it when I was young. The name came from the shape of melon flavor of fruits. This is sweet buns covered with butter biscuit.
I've tried it for the first time but it was not difficult at all. The crust is very crispy when it's fresh out of the oven but it became less crispy with humidity.
「メロンパン」初めてメロンパンを作ってみた。意外に簡単にできた。ミルクパンの生地を使ったので、中もしっとり美味しいメロンパンができた。焼きたてはカリカリというよりガリガリの食感で驚いた。しかし2日目には湿気でしっとりしてしまった。
