Japanese brunch

I made Japanese style of brunch dish at home for the first time.  I make Japanese dishes as I'm Japanese but I've been only making it for the dinner.  This is because my husband is not willing to have fish flavored dishes like miso soup or salt salmon for the first meal of the day.

I made him ham & egg and I made simple Japanese morning dishes.  Mostly I wanted to enjoy white rice with Umeboshi pickles.  Miso soup is shredded daikon radish with carrots and Age.  I used Shishu miso and Saikyo miso.
