Poulet farcie au ble complet

I stuffed breast of chicken with cheese and made a crust with whole wheat.  I happened to have whole wheat grains for the bread making but it makes a great crust for the meat.  I went really well with fat of the cheese inside of the chicken.  I also made ratatouille with aufor the side.


付け合わせは作り置きしておいたラタトゥイユ。スパイスはピモント・エスペレット 辛くなくて香りが高いバスク地方エスペレットの唐辛子。
