Feuilletee au jambon et fromage

I'd call this as french style of pizza because it's thin and crispy.  I've made this with puff pastry of "Marie" french product.  I really love this ready made pastry sheet because it's thin and delicate yet crispy.

I lightly spread tomato sauce on the bottom then arranged slices of mushroom, ham and cheese.  I should have pre cooked mushrooms because they're watery.  It became thin crust ed pizza like pie.
