I'd call this as french style of pizza because it's thin and crispy. I've made this with puff pastry of "
Marie" french product. I really love this ready made pastry sheet because it's thin and delicate yet crispy.
I lightly spread tomato sauce on the bottom then arranged slices of mushroom, ham and cheese. I should have pre cooked mushrooms because they're watery. It became thin crust ed pizza like pie.

マリー”のパイ生地は薄く、バターの香りもよくとても美味しい。ハム、チーズ、マッシュルームをのせてフランス的なピザを作った。アペリティフとしてもいい。マッシュルームは水が出てくるので、ソテーしてのせるべきだったが、とても簡単で美味しくできた。
