Scramble Egg Toast

Since I've started to travel to the U.K. every year recently, I fell in love with the country.  Though I'm not convinced with English food, I've realized that they cook eggs very well.

I've never had hard egg in England, fried eggs are always just right and scrambles eggs are always soft and moist.  I think this is because there are many farm eggs even surrounding in London, eggs are safe and tasty.  In fact, my sister is buying eggs at local farm and they tasted very rich.

「スクランブルエッグ・トースト」近年毎年イギリスに行くようになってイギリスの事はとても好きになったが、料理だけは納得していない。その中でも卵料理は美味しいと思った。どこで食べても目玉焼きは半熟、スクランブルエッグはトロトロだ。

ロンドン郊外には卵のファームがたくさんあり、妹も卵だけファームで買っていた。安全で味も濃くとても美味しかった。
