Soba brunch




I often make Japanese noodles in cold style with vegetables toppings here but this is not a proper way of presenting this dish if this is in Japan.  We hardly serve soba noodle with salad.  Because of the hot weather in Singapore I like to have soba this way.

I also made mango & kiwi lassi.  This doesn't really go well together with soba noodle but the dish is very light so I wanted to serve sweet drink on the side..

「そばサラダ」週末に時々そばサラダを作る。自分ルールで、そばには甘酢を使わず、少し濃い蕎麦出汁をかけている。出汁は市販のタレではなく茅乃舎の「極みだし」、さらに追い鰹をして醤油とみりんを合わせたもの。

蕎麦は少し物足りないので、あまり合わないがマンゴー・キウイのラッシーを作った。
