Steak Provencal



This is eye round steak with lots of herbs de Provence.  Herbs de Provence is wildly used herb in French cooking.  You can use for roasting, stewing, marinating and many other dishes.  I usually buy one package in France which cost about 1 euro.

I coated steak with plenty of herbs then lightly pan fried it then finish cooking in the oven.  The sauce is made with olive oil, minced garlic and white wine to glaze the bottom of the pan.

「プロヴァンス風ステーキ」アイランドステーキに”エーブ・ドゥ・プロヴォンス”をたっぷりまぶして焼いたもの。ブロヴァンスハーブは煮込み、マリネ、トッピングなど何でも使える。ソースはニンニクのみじん切りをオリーブオイルで炒めて白ワインでデグラッセした。
