Udon is a type of Japanese noodle made from flour. Udon is eaten more in west of Japan compares to Soba noodle; another famous Japanese noodle in east. There are varieties of toppings for Udon and Soba and this is soya sauce and sugar cooked beef. It usually has more soup if you have this in Japan, but I make with less soup to avoid taking too much salt.
「肉うどん」私のそばやうどんには汁が随分少ないと思われたかと思う。うちではいつも汁を椀の3/1かヒタヒタより少なめにしか入れない。夫が汁だくの麺を上手く食べられない為にこうしていたが、最近これで塩分が随分控えらられることに気がついた。うどんは特に塩分がとても多いのでこのように和えて食べるのもおすすめ。
