Kinuage no Ankake
Kinuage is a variation of Tofu, it's usually only available in Japan. I found this at Sogo the other day, and I made "An Kake" means starchy dashi.
珍しく「絹揚げ」を見つけたので冷凍枝豆としめじのあんかけを作った。「あん」はきちんと出汁をとった方がより美味しい。汁ものより若干味を濃くすると揚げに合う。
