Sushi & Sashimi

I found the best Sushi & Sashimi store in Hong Kong.  This Japanese Poissonnier "Nakajima" is in Jusco in Hung Hom.  It has been always very difficult to buy sashimi from citysuper because they are not very fresh enough for me.  The sashimi at Nakjima are almost as fresh as the ones from Tsukiji.  Also the sushi is packed fresh and normal as Japanese standard, it doesn't smell the chlorine like other places. 

It's safe to eat Japanese fish and vegetables, they are not contaminated by the radiation.  The air in Hong Kong contains higher radiation level than the air in Fukushima even now.  Over taking of calories, smoking cigarets leads much more serious health damages in your future than the current level of radiation in Japan.  The level of 100 ml sv of radiation will raise a possibility of cause of thyroid cancer by 0.5%.

香港でやっとまともな刺身を売ってる魚屋を発見！ハンホムのジャスコに入っている「中島水産」のお刺身と寿司は日本のものにかなり近い新鮮さ。最近はシティースーパーなどのお刺身の鮮度が悪すぎる上に値段もかなり昔より高くなっているので、まったくご無沙汰していた。

ジャスコは太古城よりこちらの方が日本色が強い感じがする。お米も阿蘇のお米がお手頃の値段だったので買ってみたら、モチモチで激うま！日用品も豊富で１００円ショップまである。これから船とバスを乗り継いで通う事になりそう。
