Hijiki is one of the very popular seaweeds in Japanese cooking. It's seasoned with soya sauce, mirin and dashi. I usually cook with carrot, shitake mushroom, fried tofu but red bell pepper matches very well too.
「ひじきとパプリカ」これは熊本の天草の方で時々売っている「長ひじき」を使用した炒めもの。普通のひじきより食べ応えがある。パプリカ、にんにく、ひじき、油揚げをオリーブオイルで軽くいためて、味付けは薄めに、醤油、味醂。
