Jingisukan


Jingisukan is grilled mutton dish from Hokkaido.  Thin sliced mutton or lamb is marinated in soya sauce based marinade.  I've had this once in Japan.  You have to grill them on special grill pan as you eat.

「ジンギスカン」ラムの薄切り肉を見つけたので、ジンギスカン風の焼肉にしてみた。醤油、砂糖、りんご、にんにく、生姜のすりおろしのタレにしばらく漬け込み、グリルパンでサッと焼く。
