Kaki is common fruits in Asia. This fruits is slightly sweet but it doesn't have sourness so it's not very suitable to make dessert with it. When kaki matures it becomes like jam, so I mixed with rice vinegar and made sweet and sour dressing. Below is salad with boiled thin sliced pork, deep fried lotus roots.
