Taiwanese beef noodle


Taiwanese beef noodle is great dish for winter.  If you have time it's simple to make.  I strewed beef shin in mix of water, Chinese wine, soya sauce, brown sugar for two hours.  It's important to add chili sauce with some Chinese spices.

「台湾牛肉麺」これは牛すね肉で作るとても一般的な台湾料理。時間があれば煮込むだけで出来るので割と簡単だ。1度肉を下茹でし、水、紹興酒、醤油、ザラメを合わせたものと生姜、八角、豆板醤をごま油で炒めて香りを出したものを合わせて煮込む。味を見ながら肉が柔らかくなるまで2時間強煮込む。
