Yoshimuta Kogen - Kumamoto

Yoshimuta Kogen is a mountain hill in Kumamoto between the city of Kumamoto and Mt.Aso.  It's not a very known place but there is water pouring place so many people come to pour fresh spring water.  This water tastes nothing else.  Kumamoto is already known as one of the best natural tap water in Japan but this water is so much better than the one we have in the city.

「吉無田高原」ここは阿蘇の手前にあり何もない所だが、水汲み場がある。その水は驚くほど美味しい。熊本市は水道水に地下水を使用してあるので、そもそも水が美味しいのだが、この山の水には驚いた。味がまったくの「無」という口当たりがする。この水で入れたお茶の味が全く違い驚いた。

熊本市内からさほど遠くないので、時々訪れるのはよいかもしれない。高原の景色もよくドライブは楽しい。この日は快晴で空がとても青かった。
