I made confit with chicken leg with French free range chicken. This chicken has great taste so it was as good as I made with duck legs. I also made risotto of barley with brown mushrooms.
「鶏のコンフィ」フランス産のフリーレンジ鶏でコンフィを作った。コンフィは鴨の脚で作るものが一般的だが、この鶏は肉の味がしっかりしているので、同様に美味しかった。押し麦とマッシュルームのリゾットを添えて。
