March 3rd is "Hinamatsuri" which is "Girls festival day" in Japan. It's our tradition to make Chirashizushi for this day.

毎年ひな祭りはちらし寿司と椀物を作るようにしている。今年は日系のスーパーに行かなかったので、手短に手に入るもので作った。
