Simple steak Dinner

Some people might think it's not easy to cook a perfect steak yourself but the steak is really the best and easiest dish to make at home.  I like red meat so I often cook a big steak.  I also enjoy the cold meat with mayonnaise the next day.

「ステーキ」肉が食べたくなったら家でステーキをする。ステーキは焼き方をマスターすれば、家焼くのが一番美味しい。香港ではよい赤身のオージビーフが身近に手に入るので最も楽な料理かもしれない。
