Ragu bolognese


Sauce bolognese is very useful to make plenty of them.  I often use the sauce for another dises.  This time I used Australian minced red meat.  The meat was lean so I added one tea spoon of butter in the end of cooking.  It make the sauce much better.

「ラグー・ボロネーゼ」イタリア風のボロネーゼを作った。脂の無い赤身肉の挽肉と野菜を赤ワイン、ビーフストック、トマトソースで煮込む。今回は最後にバターを小さじ1加えてみた。コクが出てとてもよかった。パスタはタリアテッレ。
