I went out to try clay pot rice before I leave Hong Kong. This is a speciality of winter dish and I really like it. It's not easy to go into local shops unless you know Cantonese. Yet as a Japanese person, it's slightly easier to order since I can read Chinese letter.
「
煲仔飯」ローカルな小店で食べた土鍋ご飯。おこげがバッチリ付いていて美味しかった。これは冬のスペシャリティで人気店になるとかなりの行列が出来ている。上は臘腸(中華ソーセージ)のトッピングで、下は鶏肉。その他は卵のお茶煮など。
