Spanish Omelette

Spanish omelette is eggs with potato inside.  I thought of making this when I'm tired since it's easy.  Yet you can never over cook any egg dishes.

「スパニッシュオムレツ」疲れていたので、簡単な前菜を作った。スパニッシュオムレツはポテトのソテーが入ったもの。しっかりした卵料理なので、ブランチや昼ごはんにもよい。フレンチの普通のオムレツに比べて、卵の火入れには敏感ではないが、それでも中心は火を通しすぎないように、少しトロッと仕上げるのがコツ。
