Penne with chicken


I often make this type of pasta dish after roasted chicken.  I make a chicken stock out of bones then take off any meat that left between the bones.  I boiled the penne with right time but cook with chicken stock to let absorb the taste.

「チキンペンネ」これは私がよくするローストチキンの後の料理。ローストチキンのガラからチキンストックをとり、残りのかき出した身と絡めてパスタに旨味を染ませる。
