Ajisai ramen

It was too cold that day so the ramen shop I wanted to go was closed.  Instead, we went to the famous shop called "Ajisai" thought it was really good.  The stock is made with mainly Konbu which is known production of this region.

「ラーメンあじさい」この日は寒すぎてお目当のラーメン屋が閉まっていた。結局有名なあじさいさんに行ったが、美味しかった。函館は塩ラーメンで有名だが、その理由がわかった。昆布出汁だ。函館は昆布で有名で、市場に昆布屋がいくつもあった。値段も随分安い。有名店だが、上品でさっぱりとしたラーメンはとても美味しかった。
