We had a family gathering so my father opened a wonderful bottle of Pomerol "Chateau La fleur Petrus".  It was one of the most stunning wines I've ever had.  It was absolutely fragrant and well-balanced wine.

Unfortunately, the Australian beef we ordered online was not too great... I should have cooked it in a different way, maybe as a steak rather than roasted beef.

「ラ・フルール・ペトルス」ペトルスの隣の畑のワイン。今までの頂いたワインで最高に美味しかったと思う。香りとバランスが素晴らしかった。

料理はシンプルなフレンチにしたが、牛肉がイマイチだったのが残念。刺身は市場まで買いに行った天然ヒラメ。
