Japanese spring dishes - fish and oysters

It's difficult to eat Oysters in Singapore so I had a lot of them this time.  I hardly have them raw but I love them cooked.  It's very tasty when it's lightly cooked in Dashi.

「牡蠣」今回は良く牡蠣を食べた。牡蠣鍋が美味しいという事に気がついた。この時期、魚介に比べて魚はこれ、というものが少なかったが、カレイを煮付けにしたものが美味しかった(写真なし)。
