This is one of the best dishes in Singapore; shrimp dishes. I always think it tastes better here than in Japan. My method is very simple. I clean the shrimps with salt and starch first the marinate them in Sake.
Then I coat them with potato starch and flour and deep fry them in oil. You don't need to put a lot of oil.
「海老の天ぷら」夫がシンガポールの美味、海老を買ってきてくれたので、フライにした。衣は片栗粉と小麦粉のミックスで天ぷらというか唐揚げ。野菜はあまり合わないがスナップエンドウ。
