Beppin - Dried Persimmon

Our friend who always knows the best products around gave us these amazing dried fruits.  This is something nobody had ever had before, dried persimmon but the inside is very soft and juicy.

「Beppin柿」ある方から頂いた貴重な干し柿。注文のみで制作されるそうだ。とにかく大きくて掌くらいの大きさがあるそして、中身は甘さも程よくトロトロ。驚きの干し柿だった。
