Golden week BBQ

 

This year's Golden week's weather was great.  It is usually humid and hot in Kumamoto by this time but this year was different.  It was breezy, dry and comfortable.  We had no time wasted enjoying this weather with BBQ evening.

Besides the excellent quality of Kumamoto beef, I really loved the young onions grilled, fava beans and sweet potatoes.

「ゴールデンウィーク・BBQ」今年のゴールデンウイークは天気が良かった。例年なら蒸し暑くなったりするのだが、とても清々しくて心地良い天気だった。弟家族も一緒にBBQしたが熊本の明るい夕方を楽しめるとても良い機会だった。

新玉ねぎのグリルや空豆のグリルなど、初夏の野菜も素晴らしく美味しい。赤牛のランプ肉も最高だ。５月ももう終わりだがとても忙しく過ごした。
