Hirame no Kobujime

 

Kelp marinated flounder is one of the ways to enjoy sashimi in Japanese cooking.  It's absolutely delicious.

「ヒラメの昆布締め」ヒラメは冬が旬。比較的安い刺身を買えたので昆布締めにしておいた。これを橙をの搾り汁で頂く。最高に美味しい冬の味覚。
