Japanese home dishes in January

Since my mother had been hospitalized I didn't have much time to cook and take photos of my dishes like I used to.  I used to enjoy seasonal food with Japanese ingredients however I really don't have time between jobs and helping my family.

「1月の料理」母が11月に入院してから私は料理を楽しむ余裕が無くなってしまった。仕事を3つ抱えているのと毎日の家事で精一杯。いつも日本の食材を自分なりに料理することが楽しみだったが今はとりあえず作り置きやその日に簡単に出来る料理ばかり。
