It was probably the last one I made in January, due to the end of the season of apple called "kougyoku". Japanese apples are usually too sweet to make desserts, except for this brand.
「最後のタルトタタン」おそらくこれで最後になりそうな紅玉を使ったタルト・タタン。今年はもっと作りたかったのに忙しすぎてあまりできなかった。少し今年バージョンに改善をしている。
