Calzone

Calzone is wrapped Pizza.  I make this with Pizza dough left over.  You can wrap anything you want.  This one with Ham, cheese, sun dried tomato, basil leaf and tomato sauce.

I'm a big fan of "Seinfeld" and each time I make this, it reminds me the episode "The Calzone".

「カルゾーネ」はピザを半円状に折って巻いて焼いたもの。ピザをの残り生地で作った。中身はハム、チーズ、ドライトマトなどピザにのせるようなものでよい。NYによくある食べ物で、ランチの人気メニュー。
