This is lightly boiled octopus with lemon juice, cherry tomato slices, bell pepper roast strips and olive oil. Roasted pepper was done couple days before and I had them stored in olive oil. I thought I can make this with some capper and anchovy.
タコの刺身をレモンとオリーブオイルでスペイン風にアレンジしてみた。パプリカのローストをオリーブオイル漬けにしたものは少し前に作り置きしていたものだが、ケッパーやアンチョビをのせても美味しく頂けると思う。
