This is my Japanese variation of "麻婆豆腐", Chinese chili tofu. I used some mushrooms, ginger and minced pork. Instead of using chili sauce of authentic chili tofu of Chinese cuisine, I used Japanese miso, mirin and sake for the sauce since we don't really like spicy dishes.
我が家はスパイシーな料理があまり好みでないので、麻婆豆腐も和風にアレンジすることが多い。キノコのみじん切り、生姜と豚のひき肉を炒めて信州味噌、みりん、酒で味付けした。
