Galettes de sarrasin
I have new sunday challenge! to make a perfect galettes de sarrasin. I used already made mix france for this but it's very difficult to make it as well as the one from Le Bretagne. "Le Bretagne" I'm referring to the Creperie in Aoyama. I've been to Bretagne France but I didn't have a chance to eat galette there, but we were going to the creperie in Aoyama, almost every other weekend in Tokyo. It was so good and I could never find the galette as good as they make yet.
「そば粉のガレット」そば粉のクレープのことをガレットという。何度か挑戦しているがなかなか思うように上手く作れないガレット。青山の「ル・ブルターニュ」のようなガレットを目指しているが、とても難しい。そば粉のミックスはフランスのガレットミックスを使用。クレープパン程のおおきなテフロンパンを使っているが、やっぱりT字のクレープ伸ばしが必要のようだ。
