This is hardly a cooking, I just sliced papaya and avocado, but this is hard to believe it's only fruit and vegetable. I put some salt, squeezed some lemon juice and drizzle olive oil. Walnuts and mints matched perfectly together with this. Papaya is inexpensive in Hong Kong and it doesn't have to be very sweet but avocado has to be well matured.
「パパイヤとアヴォカドの前菜」これは料理とは言えないくらい材料を切っただけのものだが、果物と野菜だけと思えない美味しさだった。味付けは塩、レモンとオリーブオイル。クルミとミントも良く合う。クルミは体によいので時々取り入れたい。
