Porc a la moutarde


This is one of the most easiest and fastest dish we can make.  It takes 10 minutes to cook, especially if you can find already cooked lentilles.  If you don't have the cooked package, it's better to let them soak in water then keep in the fridge before you leave your house in the morning.  Usually, lentils doesn't need long hour soaking process before cooking but it's much faster to cook if you soak them in water in advance.  

The meat of the photo is thinly sliced meat but if you have normal pork chop, it's better.  Sauce is made from chicken stock, wine vinegar and dijon mustard.  Saute the meat, then add tiny pinch of vinegar then add some chicken stock.  Add a table spoon of mustard in the end.


「ポークのマスタードソテー」これは10分で出来る料理。生姜焼き用の豚肉に塩こしょうをして小麦粉を軽くはたいてオリーブオイルでソテーする。肉好きな方には豚カツ用のロースやポークチョップに小麦粉を付けずにそのままソテーすることをおすすめするが、豚ロースは固くて、パサパサ感が苦手と言う方には生姜焼き用がいい。

裏表で焼き色を付けて、ワインビネガーを少量入れて酸味を飛ばし、チキンストックを入れてソースを回し、最後にマスタードを加える。
